I really enjoyed 2 nights in this property. Booked double room, that included a work desk, multi-channel TV and a dining area. Everyone was informative and polite. The hotel's location was central, to the arena.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean. There was a good choice available at breakfast and was very good value for money. The town centre was very close by (5-10 minute walk) and I felt that my car was secure.
Although there was a good choice at breakfast, a lot of it was unavailable. They had run out of a lot of items and in the dining room tables had not been cleared. Upon arrival we found the staff to be a little bit rude and they tried to charge us again for the hotel when we had already paid in advance. The hotel had listed that there was on site parking, but there were no spaces left. However, due to the hotel being such a good price I would recommend staying here.

The hotel had a marvellous and ideal location close to the red light district, the center of town, and the theatre in Leicester. The king room was brand new, making me feel at home.- The staff were pleasant and outstandingly accommodating whenever I had questions.

The staff were very helpful in obtaining a map of the computer that enabled us to get to our wedding party venue. The Hotel was very central and we were able to go shopping without using a taxi. We enjoyed our stay there and did recommend it to other family members who also stayed there and would stay there again if we visit Leicester.
